A sweet acquaintance who I met during some baking classes sent me an invite to the Winter Fancy Food Show that is held in San Francisco, CA by Specialty Food. This year I attended with my lovely mother and we had the most amazing time!
If you are in any way involved in the food scene, whether it be with catering, packaging, baking, distribution, wholesale, big or small, this is something for you to check out. It’s a multi-day food show held at the Moscone Center. There are hundreds of exhibitors from every food-related business you can imagine. The best part—food samples galore! The amount of cheese alone that I sampled was crazy! We were able to come away with many bags of free swag, samples, and info packets. I think I’ll be stocked ‘til next year! This is a great opportunity to rub elbows and chat with people who are all interested in providing great food and services. It was really nice to walking around amongst so many people in the same field as me. I felt so tiny in such a big world but also so inspired and excited to learn more.
